Mom and her 4 yrs old daughter clicked awesome snaps during Yoga.
US based yoga practitioner and mother of 2 kids, Lura Sykora has been practising yoga for last 17 years and has also been teaching classes and workshops in New Jersey. However, her passion for this meditation and training practice peaked after the births of her two children, who take some time to realize that her 4 years old daughter was extremely fond of yoga and also found yoga interesting. But her elder brother is too shy to pose before the camera, when she is more happy to soak up the limelight.
These amusing and inspiring photographs show that exercise can be fun. The sooner one introduces their kids to a healthy lifestyle in a fun way, the better.
